OCTOPUS

(Octopus vulgaris)

Octopus is another of the product lines that we commercialize. It is captured in the FAO 27 zone corresponding to the Galician, Cantabrian Sea and Portuguese coasts. It is purchased fresh in the fish markets of A Coruña (Northern Galicia) and in Aveiro (Portugal) mainly.

At night, it is cleaned in the production plant and immediately frozen during the day, without any fattening, or stay in water and without glazing. It contains only the water from the production carryover.

We offer all sizes of common octopus or rock octopus (Octopus Vulgaris).
